American Covenant Senior Housing Foundation Announces Plans to Bring Senior Living to Libby, MT

LIBBY, MT – American Covenant Senior Housing Foundation announced plans to build a new senior living retirement community named Cedar Meadows which will offer independent, assisted living, and memory care residences and services to be located on Educational Way in Libby, MT.
Cedar Meadows will consist of one- and two-bedroom apartment residences for older adults. Construction is planned to begin in late 2021 with an anticipated opening in fall 2022. Cedar Meadows is being developed in partnership with Immanuel Living, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Immanuel Living located in Kalispell, MT.
“Cedar Meadows is designed to meet an identified community need in the Libby area and we could not be more pleased with having Immanuel Living assisting us with the development and eventual operations of Cedar Meadows,” says Gerald Fritts, Director with American Covenant Senior Housing Foundation. “Cedar Meadows will serve many older adults in the Libby area who are wanting to find a dynamic retirement community, which provides a comfortable place to live.”
Residents of Cedar Meadows will have access to many amenities such as a restaurant-style dining service, exercise room, various activities, and a full staff to support and enrich the residents’ lives.
