Work-Based Learning and Career Growth at Immanuel Living

At Immanuel Living, we offer a Work-Based Learning Program that provides students with hands-on training while employed at our Life Plan Senior Living Community. Students gain valuable experience by performing tasks directly aligned with their future career goals. This program offers an opportunity to explore different fields and make informed decisions about career paths. Currently, it benefits students pursuing careers in Nursing, Culinary Arts, and Education.

In addition to the Work-Based Learning Program, we provide growth opportunities in various departments, including Culinary, Maintenance, and Nursing, with career ladders designed to support long-term career development. We also offer Youth Apprenticeships in Maintenance and Nursing starting at 16 years old.

Immanuel Living is dedicated to supporting our employees’ success. We offer Continuing Education classes and Educational Scholarships three times a year to help our team members thrive and grow in their careers.
